Our Story
Founded in 1989 in Little Saigon, Thiên Ân Bò 7 Món quickly became known for its signature Bò 7 Món (Seven Courses of Beef), offering an authentic taste of Vietnamese cuisine. We focused on using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes, building a loyal customer base.
During this period, we expanded our menu and grew our reputation as a beloved destination for family gatherings and special occasions. Our commitment to quality and authentic flavors remained at the heart of everything we served.
Now, over 30 years later, Thiên Ân continues to serve the Little Saigon community with the same dedication to excellence. Our Bò 7 Món and other Vietnamese favorites remain a staple, and we are proud to be a cherished part of the local dining scene.

Bò Lá Lốt là một món ăn truyền thống đặc sắc, kết hợp giữa thịt bò băm nhuyễn ướp gia vị đậm đà, sau đó cuộn trong lá lốt thơm nồng. Khi được nướng trên bếp than hồng, lá lốt tỏa ra mùi thơm quyến rũ, hòa quyện với vị ngọt tự nhiên của thịt bò. Món ăn này mang lại một trải nghiệm vị giác tuyệt vời, với vị béo mềm của thịt và hương thơm dịu nhẹ của lá lốt. Bò Lá Lốt thường được thưởng thức cùng bánh tráng, bún, rau sống và nước mắm chua ngọt, tạo nên một bữa ăn cân bằng và đầy hương vị.
Bò Mỡ Chài là một món ăn mang đậm chất nghệ thuật của ẩm thực Việt. Thịt bò được ướp gia vị vừa vặn, sau đó bọc trong lớp mỡ chài mỏng – là màng mỡ lợn mềm mại – rồi được nướng cho đến khi vàng ươm và giòn tan. Khi cắn vào, bạn sẽ cảm nhận được lớp vỏ mỡ béo thơm tan chảy trong miệng, cùng với phần nhân thịt bò ngọt, đậm đà ở bên trong. Bò Mỡ Chài là món ăn độc đáo, vừa giòn vừa mềm, mang lại cảm giác ngon miệng khó quên.
